AIM's Principles

AIM strongly identifies by its three Core Values. We AIM every day to embody those values in everything we do.

We live our values when we are working at practice, supporting our communities, and promoting Ultimate around the world.

I - Integrity

AIM takes pride in the character of its members, from coaches to players to support staff. Everyone embodies respect and responsibility.

M - Mindfulness

AIM is intentional about the impact it has on its members, its community, and its sport. We support those that gave us so much already.

A - Ambition

AIM chases its ambitions in every practice, every match, and every tournament. Our sights are set on becoming a force in Europe.

AIMing for European Dominance

Wanting more from their Ultimate careers, players from all over Eastern Europe, including Hungary, Romania, and Israel stepped up to build AIM.

AIM has set its sights on disrupting the traditional European Ultimate rankings by one day becoming the first Eastern European team to win EUCF.

Although this is a long-term goal, AIM's current ambition is to qualify for EUCF by 2027.

AIM also has plans to build a Womens team to compete in EUCS, found a Development team, as well as host youth camps and youth tournaments in Eastern Europe.
